You may pay for your private booking with a credit card, check,
or money order. Your payment/deposit MUST be received before
any services are rendered. First come, first served.

Party rates on shows are based on $190.00, $90 of which is a deposit on the show
and these rates are based on ten or more guests per performer per hour and rates DO NOT INCLUDE TIPS OR MILEAGE.
Mileage charge minimum= $15 local area or $0.75 per mile out
of local area.
All shows are scheduled for up to the rate you choose at the
time of the booking.
Diva's Bod Squad will not be held responsible for any time
delays due to weather conditions or unperceived events. All
shows are guaranteed for the length of the rate you choose
at the time of booking.
Performers may stay longer, provided they have no other engagements
that night and are being compensated for additional time.
Deposits are non-refundable but we can reschedule your show
if necessary.
There will be a $20 fee added for any changes made after the
initial booking. Balances are due upon arrival and tipping
is mandatory. Failure to pay the balance or tip performers
will be considered a breach of contract, resulting in the
performer(s) leaving.
It is the sole responsibility of you the contractor to verify
that all guests attending the performance are 18 years or
older. You are also responsible to monitor your guests' behavior.
Unacceptable behavior will result in the performer(s) leaving
early.
Performers ARE NOT prostitutes, call girls or escorts; and
abide by all Local and State Laws. Please respect the performers
and their security drivers.
ABSOLUTELY NO video or photo cameras are allowed while the
performance is going on. Please respect the performer(s) and
ask permission before taking photos or video recording.

Disclaimer
All shows are scheduled for up to the length of show you
choose at the time of booking. Security/Drivers must accompany
performers and will be present during shows. Diva’s
and the Bod Squad will not be held responsible for time
delays due to weather conditions or unperceivable events.
Deposit are non refundable, you may reschedule a show
within 30 days of original show date. After 30 days all
deposits left are forfeited. Balances are due on arrival
in cash only, and do not cover any part of tips. Failure
to pay the balance or tip performers will be considered
a breech of contract resulting in the performers leaving.
It is the sole responsibility of you the contractor to
verify that all guests are adults 18 years or older and
will hold Diva’s and performers harmless if anyone
is offended by any performance. Contractors are also responsible
to monitor your guests behavior; unacceptable behavior
will result in performers leaving immediately. Video and
photos are not allowed while the performance is going
on. Please ask the performers permission before taking
their photos or video. Performers are NOT prostitutes,
call girls, or escorts, and abide by all local and state
laws. Please respect performers and their security drivers.
